3hr plugged in at home piping hot!
Took my meal out of the fridge and cooked in lunch box for 3 hrs. My meal had chicken and cabbage. Container was glass Tupperware (Pyrex brand) with plastic lid on.I would have given it a 5 stars if it would heat up faster.Otherwise it does heat up to the point it is too hot to eat immediately which I like.
