One of the best deals, glad I bought this.
The purchase was completey satisfactory; it arrived on time and in one piece. Still, there was no voucher for 100 free capsules, but after calling the Nespresso hotline, the problem was fixed. I read somewhere that it is silent, but I personally cringed at the first use from the sound). I went so far as to get a capsule holder, which is quite useful.
