With support for 4K@60HZ resolution and HDR, this gold-plated switcher promises to deliver high-quality video and audio output. However, during our testing, we encountered some compatibility issues with certain devices. For instance, we were not able to get the switcher to work with a gaming console that had an HDMI 1.4 output. Similarly, some streaming devices would not output audio when connected to the switcher. Another limitation of this switcher is its remote control. While it is convenient to switch between the connected devices using the remote, we found that the remote had to be pointed directly at the switcher for it to work reliably. On the plus side, the switcher comes with two HDMI2.0 cables, which is a nice touch. The slim and sleek design of the switcher also makes it easy to integrate it into your home theater setup without taking up too much space. Overall, ESynic HDMI Switcher is a decent choice if you have devices that are compatible with it. However, if you have a broad range of devices and want a more versatile switcher, you may need to look elsewhere.
