It was shipped in one of those barely padded Ebay envelopes. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the case was cracked in a couple of places.Inside, the hardware was sent in tiny, single-use, and difficult to open Ziploc bags. They were primarily placed in their compartments except for the three lower left compartments. They were together, and no dividers were provided.I'm not sure any of this is a show stopper, and I'm not going to be returning it. However, if I had seen the product on a store shelf looking the way it was when I received it, there is no way I would have bought it. With so many options available, it couldn't hurt to seek out one that doesn't present even these minor problems.
