These work but two things could be better. The weights are little sandbags that go into pockets on this item. The pockets are very tight so its hard to add or remove sandbags. I feel like they might rip open because I have to push so hard to get them into the pockets. I might never have to change them again however. Also it takes some effort to tighten the ankle wts, around your ankle due to the design. BUT maybe about all of these brands are the same, I dont know. Like I said they work so no big worries. It took me a few minutes to figure out how to fasten these things. The directions are awful, but you just need to circle the strap around the back away from the material then through the metal ring and then velcro it down.
