I got these for my husband who works on aircraft maintenance. His hearing is horrible. So, I figured it was worth trying these so i could actually hear over the tv. He likes them. He is surprised by how clear they were. I tried them and since I don't have any hearing issues, they were a little too strong for me. These came nicely packaged. I like the charging base and the separate case. Although I have seen some that charge in their case, so you don't have to have two different items to keep track of. These were very comfortable to wear. I honestly wasn't sure what the little plastic thing was for but now it makes sense. Great item to have or to give to someone that needs a little help hearing.
