Fits the description completely, very satisfying.
My husband was engaged in buying winter tires and changing shoes, I completely trust him in this matter. Upon arrival, she immediately got behind the wheel and took us to her parents out of town. There was no noise at all, as if I was driving on summer tires, it grips the road perfectly. There was one emergency braking, they did not disappoint here either. I don't see any cons so far.
