I received the plug in with 1 refill on January 24th. Today, February 12th, I noticed my cat starting to pick on my other 2 cats. Sure enough the bottle was empty. Good thing I bought a 6 month supply.which will probably only be 4 months. I noticed a smell with the 2nd bottle but not the first one. Hopefully it will go away. The product definitely works. My cats were very calm. One who rarely likes to be petted even let me pet his belly. The major downside to the product is that it ONLY LASTED 19 DAYS. It clearly says a 30 day supply. I would have given it 5 stars otherwise.
