Not really M8 bolt holes
Bought these for mounting an antenna on a metal roof. The supplied bolts are super short entirely useless unless you are planning to mount a piece of paper to the magnet. I purchased M8 bolts that were longer, a few different lengths and none of them would fit more than one turn into the magnets. Even putting the magnet in a channel lock for grip and a wrench for the bolt the bolt only went in about two rotations making me hesitant to use this for mounting anything.
- Worked great to attach fans to my aging skid steer that overheats.
- Could be magnetically hazardous to those with pacemakers or other medical implants
