I'm 5'1" 135 lbs and usually wear a small for tops and medium or size 6 for bottoms. I ordered this romper in a medium, and it fit great. Because it ties in the front, you can choose how much skin you want to expose, but there is a lot of material to tie up. It's comfortable to move around in and can be dressed up or just worn to the beach over your bathing suit. I'll probably buy another one before the summer!
