After I put it to the test, I can confidently say this carving knife is a game-changer .It easily sliced through all sorts of vegetable and the ergonomic handle made sure my hand didn't tire out. The sharpness makes preparing meals a breeze. However, it might not be the best for larger projects or meats. Overall this knife is a great addition to any HOME chef's collection..
