I think that everyone should have a full stop. For 12 tyr, getting hi-end glass is a rarity. Significantly different from 1.4D - I do not recommend it.
With its pros:
1. Gorgeous color reproduction. Before that, I didn’t even think that this was possible on my device (D300S). 2. Excellent sharpness even at F 1.4 3. Incredibly cool blur + beauty of colors in bokeh
Some cons:
At 1.4-1.8, it noticeably chromates purple, but not always - it depends on the lighting. 2nd is perfect.
