I recently took this bucket hat on a hiking trip and it performed admirably. It kept the sun out of my face and off the back of my neck, and the floppy design provided ample ventilation to keep me cool. The hat also stayed on my head during some strong gusts of wind, thanks to the adjustable chin strap. The color is a nice, subdued khaki that blends in well with natural surroundings. The only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars is because the brim is a bit stiff and can be difficult to shape, but that's a minor complaint. Overall, this hat is a great choice for anyone looking to stay protected from the sun during outdoor activities.
