Perfect fit for Toro 22 recycler, good price, fast shipping
This arrived quickly and was able to install in about 15 mins. Have to turn mower on side to access bolts to remove cover and hold down. Then install cable run up the handle install on lever and then use the handle locking piece to adjust tension. Can't beleive I went 2 years without this, makes mowing a lot easier, especially up hill.
