Let me start off by saying that I was very leery about ordering hair from Best Buy but I'm SO happy that I did. I checked some of the local stores but all they offered was crochet twists which I did not want which lead me here. I got 1B which is very true to the color. I read some of the previous reviews about it not being enough hair but 7 packs was literally just enough for me and I have a pretty big head and did medium size twists. I will say at first my stylist did have some trouble with tangling but then she got the hang of it and we were good to go. I'm 5'7 and was worried about the hair not being long enough but it is actually very long and the perfect length in my opinion for my height as they are waist length and I like long hair. My hair lasted pretty well for almost a month but I just ordered more hair for some touch ups as I love the hairstyle. I am natural and did find that my hair started fizzing up but I just mouse everyday to combat that. If you are wondering if you should order the hair Yes Yes Yes do it for the quality and price it is well worth the buy!
