Flimsy and Unsafe Ceiling Mount
this mount is a complete waste of money. It is poorly designed and unsafe for use. The only positive is that it may work for light bags, but considering the risk of it falling it's not worth it .Stick to more durable and secure options for your sports and outdoors equipment..
