This ammonia reducing filter has been A lifesaver for my aquarium. Based on my experience with it it has helped maintain a healthy environment for my fish .The reduction in ammonia levels is impressive and noticeable. The filter is easy to install and fit nicely into my current setup. It's a great addition to my pet supplies. However, it can be a little noisy at times, which can be a slight con if you are sensitive to sound. Overall, i highly recommend this product..
