Let me start off by saying I'm a very picky person and always make sure to read reviews on everything but never leave any myself. I almost passed on this one based off reviews. I had just bought a new mattress and desperately needed something to keep my two year old from ruining it. He pees at least twice every night (even after regular changes). I decided to buy this product as well as another zipper protector (just in case one failed). Let me SAY this deluxe cover is amazing! It literally obsorbs the pee and it's not all wet. Holds me off until I'm able to wash it. Not one stain as of yet gone onto my second protector! I'm very happy about this purchase. Also make sure you add at least 2 towels (dry towels) when you place in dryer. It helps dry quicker or run 2 cycles.
