I’m a 66 yr old woman and 5’2”. I can easily open and fold this cot up. I have a 2inch memory foam mattress for it but I’ll be going thicker as it’s still too hard for me. I’m overweight which is why I bought this one plus I wanted room to turn if I wanted. The ONLY downsize is getting in and out of it as it’s tall for these short legs. I actually have to rock to get the momentum to get out of it. I’m thinking a step stool may work. Overall it is better than an air mattress and very sturdy.
