Complete disappointment, the product is not at all what I imagined.
To say that this is an understatement is an understatement indeed! The PLAYER shop is notorious for being a *! When I returned the item the following day, however, they refused to refund the money. Suing the player for a total of nine months! Only via the court's intervention was the money returned! tossed me to the side and left me alone with the player (Store) to deal with the situation! If you believe that your consumer rights have been infringed in any way, I strongly encourage you to vigorously pursue legal action and see it through to its conclusion. In addition, they were still required to pay for moral damages!
- Device of really low quality! if you get what I'm trying to say.
- Disks freeze, some do not see.
