Waste of Money for my opinion

This amino acid supplement did absolutely nothing for me in terms of boosting my workout performance .While its advertised to aid in producing nitric oxide for increased blood flow I did not notice any difference. The biggest "pro" I can give is that the pills are easy to swallow. But FOR the price, there are better options out there. Health and Household shoppers beware..
