Repels spills for my opinion

This table cloth comes out of the dryer ready to rock and roll. It doesn't stain easily (or perhaps at all, we've really abused it), spills seem to bead up so you can grab a towel and clean up a place at the table before you have a crisis. Reasonably priced, lots of sizes to choose from.

The beige color might show dirt or stains more easily than darker colors
