Do not waste your money
This massage tool was a complete waste of my money. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice I found it to be very uncomfortable to use and ineffective for my needs. The only pro is that it is lightweight. Unfortunately, the cons outweigh the pros.It is poorly constructed and LOOKS cheap. I am very disappointed with this purchase and wouldn`t recommend it to anyone who values their health and household..
