I'm using this for weekly medication set-ups at home and away. Every evening, after I take my bedtime meds, I remove the next day's medication and set it in in a safe place for the following morning's use. The brightly colored daily trays help remind me to take my meds. The large compartment size can hold so much more than any other trays of this kind and allows for large scripting for days of the week and time of day. The depth of the compartments helps keep the meds from accidental removal or tipping out, and the very secure closures for each time of day prevent accidental openings wherever I go or put the day's tray of meds. It won't open by accident in the travel case, on a counter, in a pocket, or in a purse either. The travel case for all the week's meds is of high quality with secure closure too. Very happy with this purchase, well worth the expense. VERY well made.
