Using this product our team found that its not user-friendly and failed to improve our gaming experience. The buttons were stiff and unresponsive, causing frustration during gameplay.The controller's design is ergonomically flawed, making it uncomfortable to hold for extended periods. On the plus side, the controller does have a nice aesthetic. Unfortunately, this does not make up for its numerous faults. We wouldn't recommend this product to anyone serious about playing video games on the PS4..
