Great for workouts best in my review
I use this during yoga and also other classes (body pump, abs class, legs / booty class) and grips well, soaks up my sweat without slipping. My hands don’t slide in down dog, feet don’t slide in warrior/triangle/tripod poses. I purchased another brand to use when this ones dirty and wish I would’ve just bought another one of these. I just wish it came with a carrying bag
