This adapter was in a computer bought as a whole assembly. A few months ago, I noticed that often the audio becomes intermittent, periodic brakes for a split second. At first I didn't understand where it came from. Reinstalling Windows didn't help. Couldn't pinpoint/google the cause. And recently, I got a second Wi-Fi network, and I noticed that when I connect to one lag, there is, and when I connect to another, everything is fine. Here I already understood what words to google for, and found several threads on the network discussing this problem - the reason is in the driver of this card. The problem is determined by the LatencyMon program, fixed by buying another wi-fi adapter.
