The heat wrap work great to help to relieve tension soreness in my neck. Very soft and the heat can be as warm as you would like.The wrap has 2 channels to hold the filling. The filling shifts too much but from my use that helps to make it work better. This is one time where reading the directions is helpful but I figured out how to heat it better.Per the directions, warm for a minute then flip in 10 second increments until you reach the desired heat. You can change that to 20 or 30 second intervals, but the critical part is to briefly rock the wrap back and forth to shift the filling from end to end before flipping. You end up with more even heating. When you reach the desired warmth, hold the wrap in a u-sharp so that the filling settles in the middle before placing on your neck.Overall, it is a quality wrap where the seeming flaw that the filling shifts too much makes it work better.
