Package poorly damaged

The product itself is fine but the handling of it was terrible. The boxes are thin and soft-ish cardboard with no taping or seal. I ordered two boxes. One was fine. The other had an entire side torn out and two pouches were leaking. They were put into a simple plastic envelope bag that ebay sends out with no padding. So now I have two pouches I can't use and I had to wipe cat food drippings off my floor. So that was nice.
