This beach blanket is great! It feels like parachute material and the ends stake right down into the sand. We were at the beach on some really windy days, and if you can get it down, it stays down! The sand shakes right off and you stuff it back into the bag. Word of warning though - if you get sunscreen on it, you have to do some heavy duty stain removing before washing in order for it to come out. The greasy stains are really obvious, so if that kind of thing bothers you, you'll have to do some work to get it clean.
