I purchased a 10 pack of these lights for my back yard landscaping. I'm running them off of a Ring Transformer 12v with Southwire 12/2 LV wire which is buried under mulch & landscaping rock. Lights are angled up to shine on white vinyl fence line. On all my electrical connections, I use dielectric grease to prevent corrosion and silicone to prevent water ingress/corrosion.Since Jan 2021, I've had to replace 50-75% of the lights due to hardware issues. Common issues will be, loss of color other than white, blinking, constant cycling between colors. May have had 1-2 total failures but can't remember/confirm for sure. You can see condensation and damaged LEDs behind the glass in the majority of issues case.These lights come with a warranty for 2 years. When I've had issues with the lights, I've contacted customer service for warranty service. They've promptly responded and sent me very nice warranty replacement bundles every time. THIS COMPANY GAVE ME GREAT SERVICE.But the problem is that the lights keep failing and I'm sick of changing them out. One thing I've noticed is that there's a "design flaw" where the water will pool at the lip of the glass plate for the light and the bezel/housing around the glass circle. I imagine this is one of the reasons for condensation and water inside the lights.I don't have the time to keep replacing these lights so I don't know what I'm going to do. I don't have these problems with my MEIKEE non-color LV LEDs, so I think this MFR specific. The purpose in writing this review is to hope that this company understands these lights may need design modifications for prolonged use in an environment like Florida, USA.
