The cuffs and waist belt are made of a very sturdy material. The waist belt is easy to adjust to the size you need. They are a nice color and easy to clean. VERY reflective. Perfect for those late night dog walks!

- Not a good quality product. After 2 uses, the reflective tape is peeling off. Not good!

- The belt may not be suitable for those who prefer loose-fitting workout gear
