I gave this three stars because the ball that came with it was way too small and I had to purchase another ball to go with the chair. The chair was great and the new ball in the chair was wonderful! I only wish I would have got that new ball with the chair being that I paid $70 for it. I even blew it back up after letting the ball be inflated for 24 hours before I purchased a new ball and it's still was small. But overall it is a great chair!
