I actually bought a single cheaper model before this. I knew I had a hearing problem and wanted to see how it was. I was so amazed that within a month or so, I ordered this pair. I did not have any idea my hearing was bad in both ears.Finding this set has enlightened me. Who knew there were so many sounds I was missing out on. I was astounded.But now, I am happy and hearing birds, cars from a mile away, things I had forgotten about.And no one yells at me to turn the TV down.Not too long ago, I broke my charger. I contacted the service department and they put me in contact with their sales department for a replacement. After being able to hear, I can't wait to get my new charger so I can go back to hearing in both ears!
