I've had a power washer for a long time. We have a lot of surface area with pathways and live in an area with heavy tree cover. The concrete surfaces get really dirty in the winter the layered in pollen in the spring. This covers large swaths quickly, it's like mopping instead of a 5" swath (and you don't get lines where you missed). NOTE: does not work well on exposed aggregate (small pebbles on the surface). Fantastic on flat surfaces. Your neighbors will appreciate you cutting down your run time by 2/3.
