according to my experience the RION SPORTS shorts offer excellent comfort and mobility during my workouts. The breathable fabric keeps me cool even during intense exercise, and the fit is spot-on .However, the lack of pockets makes it difficult to carry small items like keys or a phone. Overall, I highly recommend these shorts for their performance, but I hope future versions incorporate more storage options..
