Not for me! on my review.
I'm 5'4 and wear about an 18 in pant and 2x in top. I returned this product because it made me look frumpy because I'm on the shorter end of the height spectrum. I do think this dress has a good quality material and it was made well. I also had NO problems with my refund! I'm giving it 4 stars because I'm too short and fluffy to pull off this style and it wasn't the manufacturer's issue. :)
