Update: I received an email from Funerica offering to replace the firetruck free of charge, they shipped it yesterday I got it today and the lights and sounds work :) awesome company and even better customer service. Updated to 5 stars!Sounds and lights don't work which is why I bought it because the other trucks have constant sound and this one didn't so I wanted this one that didn't always have sound
