This is a really solid rack. For a 2x2 it is really sturdy and it looks great in person. The size of it might not be best for everyone, but as long as you measure your space before hand there won't be any surprises. I'm 6'3 with long limbs and am able to use the rack with no issues despite it being on the smaller side inside the cage.The attachments are all really solid pieces with good weight to all of them. The j-hooks and landmine feel great to use, while the plate holders are decent. The dip bar attachments are probably the weakest link here, they feel solid but are extremely uncomfortable to use. If I was going to update any of the attachments, the first would be the dip bars. The next would be the lat pull down bar. They have the same rubber grips and are both quite uncomfortable. The pull up bar, though, offers multiple gripping positions and feels great. The landmine attachment is solid, I see no reason to replace it.The pulldown attachment works. The motion across the whole range is consistent but it does feel like it drags a bit. The components are a mixture of metal and plastic, and upgrading the pulleys would probably go a long way towards making this part of the rack more enjoyable to use. Still, it does the job. It does well enough that I'm content that I did not spring the extra money for a more premium rack. For the money you are spending you really cannot beat this if you want all the accessories.
