time will tell on whether it helps firm my arms.but wearing it gives my back a lot of support.feels wonderful and is very comfortable to wear. Wearing it now for a week or more and it feels wonderful. My back feels great and I feel like I can walk for miles without feeling tired or have any pulling on my shoulders. Will let you know how arm firming goes.
