Came shattered this time
The first few times I ordered there was no problem, great frames, this last time my frame came shattered and I tried to contact them for a refund/replacement and never heard back. Very disappointed I wasn’t mad because it came broke I’m just upset I never heard back about fixing the problem.
- Frame was packed nicely and worked perfectly for what I needed it for. Would buy again.
- The 11x17 size may limit the types of images or documents that can be displayed
