Not enough compression
I ordered the size "S", and my arm measurement (according to the instructions) is at the upper range for Small, but they still don't have enough compression, and could not provide much pain relief. However they are quite soft and give you full range of motion for whatever you do.
- Makes elbow feel stable when working out
- May not be durable enough to withstand frequent use
