Love this handbag. I bought it for work, and it holds everything I need: my phone, wallet, keys, more keys, and pens. It does mark up easily because of the material, so be sure to keep it off your kitchen counters or anywhere else it might pick up a mark. You can remove the marks easily though, so it isn’t much of a hassle.For the price, the quality is excellent. I’ve been using it daily for a week now and so far no problems here.I’m 5’3” and the bag falls pretty low on my hip. The chain is not adjustable, so if you’re my height and that’s too low, I’d suggest you find another bag. I adjust it by crisscrossing the chain on the inside, and then locking the flap over the chain to keep it in place. It works well for me!
