So far I am super impressed with this set of knives. The block and knife handles are stained a deep red that really looks great and includes every knife you could ever need. They sliced through my chicken breast and veggies with ease and felt very balanced when holding. I'd say for the prices these are an absolute steal. stainless steel lol
