On a treadmill, the watch can only be used as a heart rate monitor, since the pace and distance data are very different from the real ones. 2. There is no synchronization with Strava (and is unlikely to appear). 3. Change the font size in the clock will not work. 4. You won't be able to download apps and music from iPhone.
