I was skeptical whether an LED light would be sufficient for my plants in a freshwater aquarium, but this product exceeded my expectations. Pet Supplies can be expensive but this light was affordable yet effective .Through trial and error I found that the ideal light duration for optimal plant growth is 8-10 hours. The only con I have is that the blue light is a bit too bright for my liking. overall, highly recommend this light for freshwater tanks..
