Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, i can say that THESE pants are a disaster for anyone who wants to train effectively. The material is cheap and low quality, causing irritation and discomfort. The only positive feature is the pockets, which are convenient for holding small items .Unfortunately that's not enough to redeem these poorly designed pants..
