Happy with this one! I bought size XL and it fit nice on my 223 lbs./ 5'6" frame. I wore it four times now, and it really makes me sweat in my mid section. I usually do a five mile walk/jog; which takes about an hour and 20 mins. When I take off my clothes my under garments are drenched with sweat, as well as the bottom of my top and down the sides, and around the arm areas. I think it is designed so the water runs off you or something, because the vest itself never feels wet or soggy while you are exercising. The vest is very comfortable; not too tight, and moves with your body. It actually helps with my lower back pain (a plus). The only reason I didn't give it a five is because I wish it was 1/2 to 1" longer. Because of my body type at this time ( protruding stomach and buttocks), when I'm jogging the vest tends to rise up some. So, another inch would take care of that. I'm sure as I continue to lose weight this will no longer happen.
