Works well with my Polycom
I don't talk on the phone a lot for work, but when I do it's for longer periods and I need to by typing. My shoulders and neck were hurting more and more everyday. This is easy to take on and off as I use it sporadically. Sound quality is great. I can hear well and testing with family they car hear me clearly. Since it only covers one ear I can still hear what is going on around me, which I need in my workplace. I use with a Polycom VVX400 and it works great!

- The compatibility with multiple brands may make it difficult to find the appropriate adapter
