I made a purchase on AliExpress (which is now known as Ya. Market), and I am in the process of submitting a return request at this time. I am hoping that they will permit the return and not send me replacement spare parts. The chair has a service life of 5 years, and the guarantee has another year and ten days to go before it expires. I have experienced mechanical failures, and there is no assurance that replacement components will not fail in the same way in a year's time. After purchasing my chair, I sat in a more costly chair with a friend; the experience was amazing, and it was like night and day when compared to this one. Therefore, if the return is approved, I will most certainly invest in a chair that is of a higher quality; nevertheless, I will not be able to save any money because I did not derive any joy from using this chair.
